just another think to mention some people have started claiming 25% interest when it goes to court proceedings on credit cards, and remember if it goes that far that you can add 8% interest on top, and one more think no case will ever be heard in court as the banks cannot justify the charges to the court

me and wife did this to halifax twice, once with joint account and again with my credit card, but beware when doing this with your credit card as if you have an outstanding balance they will refund the money to your credit card account, with both claims we had roughly 4,500 returned to us, any more questions feel free to ask

hi again,
i have since found the exact same plasma and dvd recorder for sale on ebay, but this guy`s using the dvd recorder as the tuner, i`ve sent him a message asking how this is done, the reply confused the situation even more, telling me he connected it via red/white/yellow connections, which i can`t see as the recorder hasn`t got a dvi-i output, the plasma only has two sockets, one for power cable and one dvi-i input?

any help would be great as the wife keeps on every five minutes(when are going to get that tv fixed)

the model is ps-42p2sb, i`d been watching an ebay auction for the same samsung media station, but i had a feeling that the seller had got one of his mates to bid on it with a stupid high bid forcing me to go higher, other than that i`ve come no where near getting hold of a replacment media box

i`ve had my samsung plasma now for about 5 years and now the media tuners broke, plasma still works but without the tuner it`s no good, anyway if i were to purchase a pioneer media tuner with all the same connections should it work with a samsung plasma, any help would be great.

i got the 120 back plus intrest, the 120 court fee i paid was because it was over a 1000, there`s different fees to pay depending on how much they owe you, some people have had over 10`000 refunded.

hi there,
mine was the halifax, once you get your money they also send out a letter confirming that they have paid you, in this letter it will state that if you let your account go into the red they have the right to close it, but this is already stated in the terms and conditions of any bank account, so nothing new there, the only bank i know that were closing accounts after paying back were the A&L bank, the whole process goes like this,

step 1, you ask for six years worth of statements.
step 2, once you`ve had your statements, go through them and total all your charges.
step 3, once you have a figure, send a letter o your bank giving them 14 days to pay you back.
step 4, before the 14 days are up they will send you a offer letter, about 25% of what you asked for.
step 5, now at this point if you ring them they will up that offer to about 60% over the phone, at this point it would be your choice if you accept this if not then step 6.
step 6, you send a goodwill gesture letter giving them a further seven days and if they do not pay up you will take them to court.
step 7, now some people get paid there money before this point others dont like me i had to pay 120 to open a court claim online about a week after doing this i`d won my money back, but once you take it to court you also claim 8% intrest on each charge.

if you visit the site a mentioned in my first post they supply all the letters.

oh and if your worried that they might close your account open a parachute account just in case, this way the money will be sent straight to your new account, but remember this is one of there scare tatics, it`s your money.

i`ve just been sent this message, Hi,i only have a personal paypal account so i`m not able to recieve debit or credit card funded payments but can accept from paypal members who use a bank account or paypal balance to fund their payment. Hope this helps?

any advice would be great. oh one more thing, when does the returned payment show as being back in my bank account?

EBAY seller refused payment?

hello all,
i bidded on a xbox 360 game and won it, i made my payment straight away as with all my succesful bids, one day later i get an e-mail from paypal saying the seller has refused the payment, so i checked that i`d got enough funds, yes, i doubled checked to see if the seller accepted paypal, yes, i`ve messaged the seller to see what`s going on, and as of yet no answer?

hello all,
just started having this problem for the past month or so, every time i turn on the plasma screen i get a loud hiss from it, it calms down after about half an hour, but if there`s something i want to watch straight away i can`t hear a thing because of the hiss, i don`t know if it`s a static problem or not, i`ve moved cables checked the leads no diffrence, the unit it self is a samsung plasma 42``, i`ve had for about four years now,please somebody help, thanks in advance.

i never actually saw death myself either, lost my dad when i was 11,me and my mum where in germany for two weeks holiday, staying with my sister, her ex was in the army over there, my father suffered quite a lot of heartattacks over a number of years,i think he was the first person in britain to have the triple heart bypass op,anyway we had a phone call from my brother, he had stayed at home with my dad while we had gone to germany for the holiday, it was a mad rush to get back to the uk before my dad passed away, my dad could never walk futher than the end of our front garden, on that day he walked to the shop to get the paper, while my brother was still in bed, the next thing my brother new was a phone call from a family friend who happened to be there when my dad collasped, i never did get to see him before he passed away, my family did`nt want me to see him with all the tubes etc,next time i saw him was in his coffin in our living room, still gutted my kids never got to meet him.
