EBAY seller refused payment?

hello all,
i bidded on a xbox 360 game and won it, i made my payment straight away as with all my succesful bids, one day later i get an e-mail from paypal saying the seller has refused the payment, so i checked that i`d got enough funds, yes, i doubled checked to see if the seller accepted paypal, yes, i`ve messaged the seller to see what`s going on, and as of yet no answer?

please advise, thanks in advance.

Most likely he didn`t get as much as he wanted for the game. Report him as a non-performing seller in the eBay resolution panel area. Then neg him.

thanks for the replys,
i`ve just been sent this message, Hi,i only have a personal paypal account so i`m not able to recieve debit or credit card funded payments but can accept from paypal members who use a bank account or paypal balance to fund their payment. Hope this helps?

any advice would be great. oh one more thing, when does the returned payment show as being back in my bank account?

I think its 5-7 working days.It takes a while. I remember one seller sent me the wrong e-mail (first time selling and missed a letter on his e-mail). I sent him payment twice and had to wait a week to get my £220 back into my account (I sent him two £110 payments).
