All are good meachines, its the games that make a console, nintendo (with their rare) games tend to make the best of the lot, and the cube seems to be verry cheap too..

so possibly the cube has the edge at the mo.

Posissibly for the game types you have mentioned It`ll have to be a Game Cube.

The PS2 has lots more games, but only a hand full like GTA3, MGS & GT3 are good, most of them are a waste of money.

X-box, has halo, and halo alone.....

On the gamecube stick to nintendo, rare & sega games and they should be worth your money & time!

People, so CPW have hnored their part of the deal well, and even sent the cheque out earlier than 3 months.

So don`t be tempted to lower your tariff, within the first 3 months and loose the commision to CPW from 121/t-mob, just wait till the 3 months is over from the day you phones up to connect, then, change it to a lower one.

American prices are normally ex vat, as in most states you don`t pay tax, so u are looking at 117.7, which is only about 10 pounds cheaper.

WaveRace:Blue Storm, like reply above is a very good game, takes a bit of geting used to on the controls, but ones you have masterd them its really good!

Its nintendo quality, no sudden stupid falls or attacks, everything is propotionaly right.

Yes, but play could do them cheaper, as they are an ex VAT company too, meaning you could get hit by customs too, why pay them more money??

Play could do stuff cheaper, as their prices are without vat, if u look at it like that, dvd crave still works out cheaper.

The cheapest I`ve seen gamecube games on the net in the UK is at 35 quid!!

But if you order them from australia through www.dvdcrave.com inc postage it works out at around 29~30 pounds!!!!! and the aussi ones will work in UK GCs.

The bri shops are just money grabers!!

PS: don`t buy too many in one go, or the customes will get you, I would probably say buy only one at a time!

Its TAU, thats the flat TV name, by panasonic, quintrix, is the normal blacker tube.

its 15 in by DD or 16 if not, which it does state... And the 500 mins are to land line only... which is stated on the 121 tariff info.

WHSmith are taking pre orders at 134.99!!!!!! the best price I have seen yet!!!

(even though the Nintendos RRP is £130, all other shops like EB / Game & GamePlay are still selling them at £160!!!!!)

Remember, WHS was/is the only store to sell the GBA at 59.99 on the high street!

Region coding: 2 & 4. Will region code 4 discs work in region 2 players?

I have a Panasonic A160 Region 2 player (Not multi region), and recently seen "Cast Away" for cheap on the australion DVDCrave web site, and it said region 2,4. So I orderd it.

Got the DVD and in all the packaging it says region "4". No mention of region 2! But the disc still playes on my region 2 player!

How come?

Is it a region 2,4 disc labeled as just region 4? or do some/all region 4 discs work on region 2 players?

Your local store won`t do it, as its done through their warehouse in wednesbury to reduce the cost so they can afford to sell it to you.

Its not soo much to make money, but for them to have a high number of contract customers to show for the city, at the end of the financial year.

Much Much better than any pay as you go option, and after 12 months u can just buy a pay as u go sim and continiue to use the phone without any line rental.
