Did anyone get any red sun today?

Down on the coast it was very dark at 2pm, and very, very yellow. No sign of any sun though. Still very eerie.



This may look like an arty-instagram filter, but it really was that dark and that colour.

lunch time here it was starting to get dark, the birds all went up into the trees, street lights came on, and then we had the red sun, it was very eerie!

Then Lo, cameth the Rede Sunne; and the people spake: "sky's gone weird innit?".

in my office we're on the 5th floor, there was a lot of staring out the windows stating the obvious :)

Seems, after all the mocking Bandi may have been right about all his conspiracy theories... its the end of the world?

Eerily reminds me of an old tv Quatermass mini-series, where the sky is a sickly yellow colour because aliens are harvesting people and the atmosphere is tainted with human debris...

Very dark this morning and come out to a mucky motor and a bit windy this evening.

Not quite
....but its the same sun you get out in the Middle East at sun rise and sun set, with all that dust, (when I worked out there a few decades ago).

The Quatermass weird yellow sky is back (or more accurately, the Saharan sand in the atmosphere). Does look weird and apocalyptic though.

It's a noticeable tinge here but also now it's raining less noticeable, still nothing like 2017.
