How very sad. Thought he was ill when he pulled out of CIN last year.
He'll be reading those Janet and John stories up in heaven now.
RIP TW
I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which i`m dying are the best i`ve ever had.
RE: [VIDEO] Terry Wogan RIP
I always loved his rapport with Kenny Everett on Blankety Blank as a child and looked forward to the ceremonial bending of the wand.
RIP Sir Terence of Wogan.

A couple of decades back he was on more than the test card (what's a test card daddy).
Just always there and difficult to imagine him gone.
Look up genial in the dictionary and it just says 'see Wogan'

I used to be with it, but then they changed what `it` was.
Now, what I`m with isn`t it, and what`s `it` seems weird and scary
I really liked him too.
RIP Terry.

Absolute Legend who never took himself too seriously, huge loss to broadcasting and another chip away at most of our childhoods :(
RIP Sir Terry you will be missed
Big loss. Twitter filled with anecdotes about what a nice bloke he was by people who met him. A cornerstone of the BBC. Very sad.
Another chunk of my past detaches itself.
There will be some microphone bending with Ken & Terry up in heaven tonight & some Blankety Blanks aimed at David Bowie.
My outlook on life is positive & carefree, I'm positive that I'm a pessimist & I don't care what what you think.
Never has so little had to be explained by me to so many so often.
Endless Wogan on 5Live last night right up until I'm sitting in the car unable to switch off until I've wiped my eyes from laughing at a Janet & John.
How on earth he ever got away with that is a mystery

Heard that the BBC wanted Terry to head an advertisment to get well heeled pensioners over 75 to not take a free TV licence, to save the BBC money. As if.
We will now never know if Terry was going to agree, but assume the BBC will get another silver haired person 'well paid' to do this propaganda event.
As for wanting to take a free licence off a person who is entitled to it by reaching 75, irrespective of wealth, they are entitled. My own opinion is the the BBC licence should be scrapped (as its a minority channel now) and go advertising like the ITV network.
