Page 1 of Memory Lane - UK Ice Lollys
General Forum
Right THO just came home with some Rolo lollys, the soft toffee centre reminds us of a lolly but the Q is what one......
Walls Lord Toffingham is out - Too dated\don`t recall it.
Walls King Kong - Possible, but think its more recent than that.
Any thoughts?
Update - Hmmm it may have had a chocolate outer layer on the top half & biscuity bits, may have been mid 90`s.
I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

Feast?
The filling is hard chocolate though, so not sure, just thought it was worth a mention.
Edit: On second thoughts, what about a toffee crumble? I want one now!
Lyons also did one called a Caramel Fudge, which sounds yummy, but I can`t find a picture anywhere. Take a look at their full list of lollies:

Oh wow I`ve not had a Feast for ages, that was my favourite lolly, do they still make them? Or is everything Mars etc now?
That said I do like the Mars ones. :)

i liked the lemon and coke Mickey Mouse ice lollys :D
Hmmm Feast seems a possibility, except for the soft toffee centre, did it have a really small toffee core? :/
I worked my way through this thread last night, without success. It made me feel hungry to try some of them again & cringe at some of the artwork.

RE: Memory Lane - UK Ice Lollys
Feast had nuts on the outside, not biscuit bits.
Maybe a Max the Lion? They were toffee-flavoured and half-covered with chocolate and biscuit bits. They were out around 1993 or 1994.

They still make feasts, in many flavours (Mint`s my fave) but they`ve gone the way of Wagon Wheels. Smaller but dearer

You do know they make feast with the leftovers of the other ice-creams they make in the Walls factories.
Max the Lion sounds right, except for the name don`t recall it, but I think we have a winner.
