You might like to try www.eeggs.com I find it very easy to search, and also very informative with great forums.

I Found another one, which is for region 1
It is under www.Gamewinners.com
This has every easter egg like www.eeggs.com
But the bad thing is it is only for region 1.
But it does have a few region codes.
