what do you mean loading the film ? is it you get the no disc logo on the player if thats it then do what i do open/close the tray untill it works

i took mine to asda ,well i got in hull vistit my mum got it in toys r us cant be arsed to get on trainto take it back . so theres a asda round the corner , i took it in and said [it was packed out in there] out loud i want a refund it s*** and everyone stopped and looked at me the boss came out hes p***ing loved me swaped it for a samsung 511 i did not even pay the extra £5 great or what. well he quickely push me out the doors i dont care i have sold my r1 films and are skicking to r2 i hate rce on discs so do the same and get a samsung dont brother about r1 film thats what gets everyone in this r1 mess.and before you say i dont have a toys rus around here so hulls nearer

try uninstaling it the software if not try the dvd card . but why have a lock on the disc ? next time you use the pin try the last digits of phone number date of birth it works

i got a bug blaster copy box when i try and copy r1 film i get colour but the picture pulls side to side mined you it copys r2 film and hard to copy videos it cost me £49 two years ago its a good machine but if you find out how to copy ntsc let me no pals a crap format

hold on there jimbo i did not hack it its muti-region out of box meaning i took it home and put in wwf westle mania 16 r2 after that i put in a r1 south park the movie no hacks like there say in the mag out of the box

just got off the phone with alba well today. the player is not loading the discs sometimes it takes about 4/6 trys before mybe it plays .so i phoned alba and i told the woman about the player and wen it says stop on the screen you think the disc as stoped you open the tray and its still spinning causeing the disc to sact. well she said what region am i useing i said region 2. ah i see are you useing any region 1 discs i said well about 2/3 then she said dont use them .why?. she said the player is not desgined to play region 1 only region 2 take the player back to the shop and get another one and dis time dont use region 1 films so. i said i got it because the mag and the internet said is muti-region. well there lying she said it says here by playing region 1 disc or other countrys you can danage the dvd drive .use the disc that comes from your country and she put the phone down on me cow . what can you do wen the dvd mags i mean {what dvd} ect ect and the internet says muti-region but in fact it breaks your player. i say what can you do ?

i got mine from toys r us at £140 on saturday now today its refuseing to play all my r1/r2 disc and when you open the tray when it says stop on the tv it still spinning causeing it to sract your disc a shame if you payeid £18 a time for them be care ful mind you its a great machine

the alba a great machine i no saving partive ryan i have to press play 2 times and the picture is great and sound do you know how to work your player because i have no touble at all now read the instuctions and dont change the region settings leave at it is ok thats the touble with people there see a setting in ameua and p***ing change it now everyone stop picking on the poor little alba 103

no i had this touble with a pioneer 515 it the way the films are made. my alba 103 the wide srceen is just right i hate black borders i think you should get a chaep wide screen tv then u can enjoy the best from dvd the goodmans tvs are realy good i have one up stairs and a sony down stairs go one treat your self for xmas

the anwser for sony,panasonic,samsung,philips,pioneer,sharp

all sony models are not muti-region the sony dvp-m35 is

the philips dvd-710 is but locks at 25 change needs a cold reboot to fix it/ the dvd-930 is muti-region but it costs £500/ dvd-751 is the best buy and r1/r2

panasonic well none are get it chipped

samsung well none are but the 809 is but you cant get them now golddust bye the way sumsung dont do muti-region now only r2 they like to keep the film studios happy

pioneer are not muti-region none of the models have been thats way there stuck in my shop

sharp well buy one at £500 and pay for it to chipped no its neaver as been
dont touch bush players there melt on your hand thats a joke

psx 2 theres never going to be a hack sony has seen this touble and is keeping the film studios happy sorry region 2 for you who has got one

i got a alba 103 muti-region its the best buy ever then my old crap proline go and get one try it out and see it go and if you dont like it asda give you your money back great or what but i kept mine its great blade on r1 its brill its my fave if it went crap while playing it i would try another one untill it went ok dont knock it untill you tryed it

its crap some kid on another site said its great as i just sold mine it was a proline dvd1000 now thats great but the lack of software that wont play on it .the cyber home £129 in whsmiths i got one got the muti-region sorted out the time it takes to play a r1 film god then it has a cheeck to look at 8 seconds later plays the dam thing its ok for poeple who wants to play r2 it loads them up fast bugger trhat i went down yo asda and got a alba 103 player muti-region out of the box great picture fast loading on both regions dts dolby digital and a scart socket and other bits and bobs all for £149 i should of got 1 sooner then that crap proline and the thing is it also plays rce encoded dics weird
