Television Forum
Coming in 2015, HBO's adaptation of Michael Crichton's novel of the same name. Jonathan Nolan is attached as an executive producer/writer, and also directed the pilot. Yesterday HBO greenlit the show for a full season order. No news on how many episodes but it's likely to be between 8 and 12.
Quote:
Described as "a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the future of sin," the series tells the story of a futuristic amusement park called Westworld.
The cast is incredible: Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Miranda Otto, Rodrigo Santoro.

HBO always has been on fire, the output they have is 2nd to none
Nolan showed a trailer at San Diego Comic Con during the Person Of Interest panel, but apparently it won't be making it online any time soon.

They shot the pilot last summer, but production of the rest of the season is only scheduled to begin this week. So it will only air in 2016, probably January/February.
Looks great, though!
Always liked the film Westword even though it was a bit cheesy with deadpan Yul Brinner as the android killer cowboy, so will give this series a chance.
