Bitter and twisted?

Never!
Via emails (and subsequent telephone conversation) informing me that their "computers" went FUBAR during the last promotion and surprise, surprise, they aren`t able to honour items bought in the sale, I can inform everyone Splash are having a £2 off everything not on promotion from midnight tomorrow.
Just thought you might like to know.
Or not.
As the case may be.
Possibly.

What? They aren`t able to honour items bought in the sale? What does that mean? They have already precharged my card for all the items I bought. Some have turned up, others haven`t.

in the last promotion i ordered 4.. all 4 were "dispatched" but only 3 arrived. but after a few emails to splash, they finally told me that there was a mistake. and they can either refund the money or give me a voucher for the amount i paid + £2 so for e.g the dvd which didnt arrive cost me £7 so if i choose the voucher i`ll get a £9 voucher instead. Plus they tried to lure me by saying there will be a £2 off sale today..
and i lose :D i went for the £9 voucher... lets see what happens

I know I`m a glutton for punishment and will probably regret it when I`m still waiting 2 months later for it. But just Pre-ordered Rik Mayall as Alan B`stard in the The New Statesman 4 Dvd box set released on October 13th for only £19.60 (24.99) at Play.com do a search for new statesmans box set ( Don`t forget the s on the end of statesmans or it won`t show up ) and also Sex and the City season 5 released 3rd November £14.99 Why do I keep ordering from them ? I guess I must have a masochist streak in me But can`t resist a bargain ! cheers busdriver

You just reminded me I havn`t recieved my Resident evil gamecube game I ordered almost two months ago..word of warning at xmas I ordered a `will young` dvd that cost £12.95 it was cancelled cause the dvd never came out,so they refunded my card but lo and behold when I checked my statement they`d only refunded £2 I did get it sorted within 2 days,but be wary
