Yes, me too, ordered four of their cheapies, turned up yesterday. (Switchblade Sisters is worth £1.99 of anyone`s money!)

The jiffy envelope was hand written and had ordinary postage stamps on it so maybe the human factor`s slowing down their dispatches?

I`m pleased with them on first showing. Would use them again, as long as they don`t start getting bad reports from forum posters...

Received my promised competition prize as did everyone else, although it did take a few weeks. I had put it down to teething troubles with a fairly adventurous site. I replied to a post by Gary Green last week both here and by email, with to date no response.
Given the proactive and refreshing approach to the launch of the site let`s hope it`s a temporary glich.

I like the idea of the site but on my 56k modem it is like trying to swim through treacle. The flash also seems really unreliable too.

I was searching for prices on futurama and simpsons dvds and since the catalogue wouldn't load properly I tried to search for them. 'No results found' each time. I didn't think that could be right so I tried to search for 'terminator' (every DVD company has at least T1 OR t2). 'No results found'.

It's a shame. They seem to have the right idea and I would like to shop with them. Its just that the site is awful. Not awful in the design sense, they seem to have spent a decent bit of corn on it. Awful in the sense that it is as user friendly as an 80's VCR manual.

I`m having problems with them at the moment, been referred to on the `other forums`, over a disc that was ordered and not received. Though I have received an e-mail today that the case was broken when they received it and it will be 6 days until a replacement arrives.

I originally ordered on the 18/01/03 and other than the auto acknowledgement this is the first positive contact they have made with me. I`ve e-mailed them and even rang Gary Green`s mobile (at his request) and they have never bothered replying.

My cheapies arrived fairly quickly but this debarcle has really put me off them.

I wish I could be more positive about them as they seem a friendly bunch but the proof is in quick delivery, good comms etc. and they are failing badly.

After buying hundreds of discs online this is my worst experience so far even taking into account DVD Import, who at least talk to me !
