While Trump says he can end the Russian/Ukraine war in a day, Biden has put his oar in by now giving Ukraine the green light to use long range missiles into Russia. Why give this order so near to the end of his presidency when it was not allowed before, I wonder?

Or because he wanted to give them the ability to defend themselves from Russia's focus on targeting areas populated with innocent civilians? Or politics.
