My predictions (in no particular order, for the first 6 months):

1. Withdraw funding for Ukraine forcing the EU to pick up the whole tab
2. Let Israel do whatever they like, even escalate things against Iran
3. Withdraw from NATO
4. Pull out of any remaining climate change agreements and green light all oil/gas drilling... same as last time
5. Remove all references on government funded websites and organisations to climate change... same as last time
6. Pardon all his friends and supporters still in jail
7. Give Musk anything he wants, removing any remaining restrictions on SpaceX and AI
8. Fire anyone who prosecuted him
9. Starts a war against imigrants

My longer term predictions:
1. Dementia gets worse

Matt Gaetz as secretary general. Statutory rapist, sex trafiker, and all round douche Matt Gaetz, is secretary general. This is why you know it's good for the wallet if you spend your entire political career with your president's chode down your throat. Not that it would ever reach that far, according to Stormy.

You know, I hate to say it, but I really feel that the planet would be a better place if 4 specific people just didn't exist.

Most of these appointments have to be confirmed by the senate, and a couple of Republican senators are already vocally WTF-ing at some of these names. I don't think death by BOTOX and dead brain worm guy are going to get through, especially as the Reps don't have a large enough majority to side-step a Dem filibuster.
