Just watched 'Carry on Camping' recently with that outstanding scene of Babs bra flying off, that how I will remember her, funny, sexy and with that bubbly laugh :D

Carry on films on TV form a big part of my childhood.

Gave up soaps when that guy came out the shower in Dallas, and the story arc reset back 5 years. What a bummer.

Personally haven't watched them since well before I separated from my ex-wife a couple of decades ago, but you couldn't help hearing or seeing them if in the same room...

Late to this but Babs was a part of this country and a part some of us can mourn for.
Managed to bridge classes and generations with an honest cheek and sex appeal that was never crude. A better actress than she was often given credit for, go back and watch Sparrows Can't Sing.
I shall dedicate my next pair of glasses to her.
