Everybody remembers Jeremy for playing Boba Fett, but to me, he’ll always be Cliff Richard’s accident-prone mate Edwin in “Summer Holiday”.  Cliff ended up with Lauri Peters, Melvyn Hayes got Una Stubbs. Jeremy ended up with the St. Bernard.

Sad news folks, Richard Kiel, 007's nemesis in The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker has passed away at the age of 74.  An iconic Bond figure and a totally class act.

I had the Sinclair QL, hooked up to a Silver Reed electronic typewriter as a printer.  Did the first drafts of five novels on it for the Enterprise Allowance Scheme in 1986.  Then had the devil's own time transferring the data to an Atari ST a couple of years later.

Mythbusters Junior Team Canned

The last episode of the current run of Mythbusters ends with a thanks-for-all-the-myths announcement from hosts Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage that the junior team of Kari Byron, Tori Belleci and Grant Imahara are leaving the show.  As none of the junior team are featured in the announcement, the whole thing stinks of them being fired to save money.
