apparently not Rob even though its the wettest drought in a long time :D

our water provider (severn trent) lose 103 million gallons a day (according
to a local rag).

maybe their head honcho`s should introduce a wages ban until all of the
leaks are fixed.

Oh silly me! All this time I never realised that the rain in spring is a different kind of rain altogether. And unless it rains in winter, it`s not the sort of rain that water companies can use.
