Has anyone seen any news footage of ANY celebrity speaking up for McCain or expressing doubts about Obama. There seem to be never ending clips of them queueing up to laud Obamas victory but I don`t seem to have noticed any balance in the other direction.

Well theres at least one as Van Halen got the raging hump when "Right Now" was played at the announcement of Palin as McCains running mate (Very appropriateky at The Nutter Centre) but Sammy Hagar took the opposite view and actually kicked in a few bucks for Bush when he was running.
Perhaps the meeja just aren`t looking or knocking on the right doors during the current love in.

But when the other "losers" in past presidential campaigns have lost did they ever get much coverage??
I mean we had a quiz question the other week about who lost the last one to Bush and I believe that I gave the answer to who lost to him first time round. Until I heard the name (and subsequently forgot it again) I was dumbfounded that I was wrong
Is there really much to be said about McCain? or more to the point is there any point in saying much about McCain??

I`m sure on Have I Got News for You (it must have been that or 8 out of 10 cats) they showed a clip of Arnie saying about McCain " I used to play action heroes this guys was a real action hero"
