Re NEW DOWNLOAD SITE !!!

Oh boy do I love this , now the hated RIAA will be having to take an army in to sort this one out.
Basically a new P2P download swap site called EARTH STATION which promises everything , just downloaded it fantastic lay out .
What I love most is the server is in the middle of a refuge camp in the West bank!

So would the lawyer serving the writ like to bring along his AK47 when knocking on the door. lol
I hate the RIAA and everything to do with it and this has made me laugh .
Here is the news story

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/030814/152/e678b.html.

The download link for this has been deleted by the moderator

You know me too well :)

I think most people can figure it out from the news article (any search engine worth it`s salt, etc..), which I left intact (heck, that`s in the public domain anyway), but I don`t want Reviewer linking to a site that blatantly states that titles such as T3 and the new Tombraider film are available for download.

Essentially, no problems with you guys talking about P2P software, just don`t tell us what you`re downloading - we really don`t need to know ;)

It is P2P - not direct download as suggested. Having said that, a file I tried was downloading fast straight away with nothing shared before I stopped it.

May I ask why you are all so afraid of the subject being discussed are you so afraid of your sponsers pulling the finance .
If that is the reason I will understand as you have to earn a living .

But the Dvd industry is as bad as the cd industry price fixing and overpricing and generally rubbish films .

May I ask who provides your finance and backing are you part of a film group or dvd distibution network.
Do you also not realise that the internet is more powerfull than than the industry and they will learn the hard way.

Dont take this the wrong way but there is a strong sense of censorship by you all and I dont think you are on misguided power trips either.

Can I also ask why the download link was removed what are you so scared of ???

The link has obviously been removed because it`s a headache for moderators when people post links that enable people to download P2P software which is (let`s be honest) mainly used to facilitate the downloading of films, music, software etc without the permission of the copyright holders - an illegal act.

As previously stated, the link to the news article in question has been left untouched, so anyone determined to download the program will seek it out - but that`s not the moderators` problem.

I would have thought this issue is fairly easy to understand.

Do you approach this from a moral stance or do you work within the industry , I see you have posted about Kazza before on a similar topic.
As I said is not the price fixing which has been proved in the Us and the general criminality empolyed by the record and dvd industry enough .

Do you not realise that generally people have had enough for paying high prices for rubbish.
We only want to download the tracks we want and pay if required . the same rules should apply to the film industry whose quality in recent years has been crap.
Look at what the film industry did to stelios when he open the easy cinemas , they refused to give him the films.
These people have earnt too much for too long and at last are getting payback by being hit in the pocket.
The man on the street is fighting back and as the news link from Earth Sation said to today to the RIAA this is war !!!
