Got the Samsung D500 on the £4.99 per month deal from E2save.com
According to the deal they were supposed to give me £60 after a month and this payment might have taken upto 45 days to clear through their system. It is now over 76 days since I have had the phone and still no sign of the cheque.
Anyone else had the same problem?
How did u get it sorted?

I had the same problem. I had to send back the monthly bills after six months, sent it recorded delivery. After a month still didnt get my cash, phoned them up, no problem, money in the account within a week
Ive had the same problem, had been connected over 2 months, was told over phone initially after 60 days of system probs, when nothing received by advised date 3 weeks later called them and advised I would receive a cheque for £60 and received a text advising me of the same that will be sent in 14 days. That was last week so Im expecting it in the next week
This company are rubbish for this, and you do have to chase them up, but eventually you will get your money if you persist
Yep, I took up the offer at around the start of May and I only got my first cheque for £60 today. I had to send one reminder email.
No doubt I will have to do the same when I claim back the next two payments of £95 or so but I think it`s worth it overall. I didn`t expect it to be simple!
yes it looks like they`re trying it on....i.e. they don`t cough until you feel their arse; I had to ring them too after not getting my £60 automatically.
And I also got the promise of a cheque in the phone call,& a text message said the refund was processed and the credit would arrive soon.
EDIT;
As if by magic the cheque arrived while I was typing.Took about a week from ringing them.

I also received my cheque this morning, a week after the call.
Never heard of these guys before, but I`m basically doing the same thing with Dial a phone and they are great
I got my cashback cheque no problems, remember e2save are a subsidiary of carphonewarehouse so IMO they are about as legit as you`re going to get
Hmm as someone who sent off my cashback application for 6 months cashback wednesday(with e2save.com coincidently, unrecorded delivery, supposed to be back within a week, else I miss the window) should I be worried?
Should I ring them up to check? I did put my email addy on there so they could confirm it but no email yet.
