i assume his speakers he uses has their own amp maybe..... tbh hes a complete *&^% and icouldent be arsed to help him even if he paid me... but.. i did say i would look into it... and i have.. :) i can only imagine he means he needs a dvd similer to the m5... and he has a little speaker package with its own litle amp to power em...... so working on this possibility.... does anyone know of a cheap dvd player with analouge audio output sockets on the back :)

is not for me.. myself i use a full DTS system with ONKYO amp..... its my muppet boss at work,,, he owns a sony atm which he says he plugs his speakers directly into the dvd player.... but he moans cause he cant play multiregion,,,,,,, so he wanted another chap dvd player that can easily be made multi region.. but he could plug his speakers into like his sony...... i havent seen it myself,,, i can only assume he means sumthin like the wharfdales M5 had ( i remeeber they had dedicated speaker outputs in the back) thnx anyway :)

hi,, im trying to find out if any of the supermarket DVD players that can be made multi region easily has any sockets for directly connecting speakers to the DVD player...is sumthin like 6 sockets in the back of the DVD..... i checke the pacific 1001 and no joy there..... anyone know of another similer? thnx for any help :)

usualy so u can have 2 channels showing at once.. like a main picture and then a smaller picture in the corner showing whats on another channel....

new pioneer 350 problems ;0(

i bought a pioneer 350 multi region yesterday from richer sounds... and all seemed well, .i checked out a few vcd and dvdr and all worked well so i started to watch a DVD-r film and 3/4 of the way through it froze up.. so i turned the player off and back on in the hope of FF to where i got to and carrying on.. but now it wont recognise any dvdr!,, even the ones it played fine b4?.. also if i bring up the menus they seem to habe moved to the far left of the TV screen.. so much so that the first letter of each line is off the screen! ;0( plz help.. wots wrong with it? it still plays normal dvd fine... thnx

?? jeeeeez.. u people r aware that the actual exchange rate changes from day to day?? so .. considering the fact that your card isnt charged untill the DVD is sent.. it stands to reason that there is going to be a tiny ammount of fluctuation from the time u initially place your order till the time they send the DVD and then credit your card... this is why there is a slight difference in price sometimes.... hope that cleared that up for u.. :0)

ok... unlike uself.. i AM a hi fi freak.. and i can tell u for Definate to buy the ONKYO 595..... this machine is an amazin peice of kit... has the new Dolby prologic II.... so all u old steroe films or just Television programs r gettin on toward 5.1 surrround.. in the WHAT HIFI! mag they reviewed this at 5 out of 5..... sayin it easily performed as well as anuthin under a GRAND!... trust me.. just dont even bothjer tryin to find a better machine cause u wont.... and ive even got u it cheap :0) should be knockin about around 450-500 but if u go here = http://www.hifijunkies.co.uk/shop/results.tpl?action=full&cart=321506765811761&--eqskudatarq=676

i still have problems watchind the original alien... an im 28 now!! lol.. musta been a mental thing from when i sneeked a watch when i was like 9 or summit when i was alone in the house once...damn... that film is just eerie..talk about edge of your seat..lol.. an i know what u mean about blair witch m8... that final scene stuck in my head for ages...now THAT was a disturbing ending.... anyone who says otherwise must have a severely poor lack of imagination.. which is what the whole film played on.. :0) well,, theres my 2 pence.. how much u lookin to spend? if u can stretch to 300 quid i know where u can get the new onkyo 595 with DTS and Dolby pro logic 2... it retails at 450 and got 5 star review in last month what hi-fi mag...trounced everythin in its class,,, but as i say i know where it is on sale at 300 if u interested

Cheap ONKYO AV reviever! TX DS 595
