RE: How to save Address book in Outlook Express, & perhaps the emails

This is for e-mails: On the Tools menu go to Options. There is a tab for Maintenance - there is a button for Store Folder. You can use this to change the location to make it easier to back up. I think you can copy from and back to the folder you choose.

I got this from an earlier post here somewhere.

Maybe somebody could add more?

Any Reboot fans out there- Reboot Vol 4 £7.13 at DVD Soon

This DVD features the last series of Reboot done as two feature films: Daemon Rising and My Two Bobs. They are in anamorphic widescreen and 5.1 Dolby. No extras to speak of though.

RE: DVD Import

Don`t know if customs read this site but if they do I think DVDimport may get the Knock.

RE: Global e-rentals - has anyone tried them?

I`ve got two on the go at the moment Lovefilm are brilliant for turning discs around and have a great back catalogue. I`m also using Blockbuster who are slow turning discs around but pretty good for new titles. My list has had to grow to 80 odd to keep things moving though. Maybe I should change Blockbuster for Global.

Global e-rentals - has anyone tried them?

Considering a subscription - any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

RE: Customs Charges - Do they start dead on £18?

Thanks. I`ll look for a local deal.

Customs Charges - Do they start dead on £18?

Does this include the delivery charge? Also does ticking the gift box still mean you can get up to £36? I fancy The Sopranos Region 4 but they are about £18.56 or so.

Any info appreciated.

RE: £1 off at CD WOW for Capital One cardholders

Any info on this as I have`nt received my statement yet? Is it a one off or can you order more than once?

Thanks in advance

Anybody else tried Onspeed? It speeds up your browser on dial up.

Just installed this after reading about it in Computer Active Mag. It`s one of their buy it things. It`s £25 a year or £2 a month. It really seems to speed things up supposedly to near broadband. Anybody else tried it?

RE: Cheap Good Quality Freeview Box

When I was in Asda recently they had a Sagem box around £40. Anybody know what that`s like?

RE: TV shows that really deserve the box set treatment yet remain locked in the archives...

I`d like to see

Reboot -the early series. Series 3 is available on R1 - possibly the 1st fully CGI TV series - that was eventually taken off CITV after parental protests.

Spellbinders an oz series of an alternate dimension.

A Fine Romance

Don`t know if you can buy from Canada but Three Colours Trilogy is £20.85 which is $38.22 from www.dvdsoon.com. Don`t know if that`s such a bargain to you but when not on sale all three are £20 each here. By the way it`s spelled Three Colors on their website otherwise it doesn`t come up.

RE: don`t bother with screenselect

Service does seem to have slowed rightdown. I think Total Film gave a free month promo so maybe that`s why the service has gone to hell. My renewal is in doubt at the mo.

RE: DVD+Rs or -Rs around 50p each

I`ve got an nec so I`ll give them a try. The 59p +r disks have been great from Bigpockets but last week I got some Datawrite Classic from SVP for the same price and they are hopeless. Three fails out of three. Possibly my Toshiba player doesn`t like them but I think they may be Princo dye. Anyway cheers.
