hello i am replacing my samsung 511 as all it does is skips on the new dvd`s so it is a flimware thing. i have a sony home therate kit so sound not the problem . but witch is best the pioneer 454 or sony 405 for pics and extras. i can get ethier for 149 uk pounds. they are both multi-regional. can anyone help ? thank you for your input in this matter. tony.

i have used this web site on and off for the last 5 years or so. they are ok and very good if you want very rare items. hence the waiting time is a bit long ,but they do have to get the item from somewhere in one part of the world an then ship it on to you.

my sky digibox just went down , phoned sky and they said it would cost me 300 quid for a new one, i said lasts the same price as a sky + box they said yes it is . what a cheat. i am now looking for a secondhand one .

i have a samsung 511 and i must say it is a very good unit for the price.the only thing i find with mine is that when it plays double layed dvd`s it skips abit. but if you press stop then play it sorts it`s self out.

hi cw2000, i am wondering if you can help. according to your last lot of postings, you appear to have a oritron 600. i gave my mate the hack to make it multi-regional . it has worked but he can only play back in black and white. is there a setting he needs to change on the dvd player or is it a problem with his tv ? thank in advance for your reply.

i have used the remote hack for this player, and it does work, but when i play r1 discs the pic`s are in black and white only. is there a setting i need to change on the dvd player? anyone got this player and had the same problem?

help anyone? i have all the items above but when i use the scart adapter i get a ghost picture on the av channel. is this a tv thing or not? i forgot to mention that this tv has a build in on digital box and it is this channel that is ghosting on the av channel. i hope all you experts out there can help. thanks.

hi, i have a sammy 511 and a ps2 but my problem is on my tv. it only has one scart which means every time i wish to watch a flim or play a game i have to change over the scart lead. i have heard you can get a scart adapter. if there is such a thing can anyone tell me where i can get one?
