the lastest system update let you use the transfer kit without having a cd.
also last you use a 16gb usb flashdrive.

put it on the spare xbox at the weekend, its very nice and quick.
ripped fabel2 to the hdd, takes up 6.8gb
loads times a little faster
and the 360 just hums now, no jet take of sound!
very nice in all, no miis as i cant go onto live till 19th!
