Have a HUGE favour to ask.......

Juls (Elite) posted this on Friday, 5th December 2008, 19:23

Guys and gals I need your help! ;)

My nephew has a condition called Neurofibromatosis and, due to complications, is very sick.
Its his birthday on 20th December and my sister has had the idea of asking friends to post him a birthday card. His bed is now in the living room so he can be `part` of the family at all times so to have his bed with cards hanging off all bright would help mask the syringe drivers, fluids, catheter etc that surrounds him.

I really appreciate its a busy and expensive time of year but if you happen to have a card laying around any chance of sticking an stamp on it and sending it to the Valleys?

My sister has said she is happy for me to post her address but as this is a very `open` forum Im not really sure - guess PM`ing me would be better.

Hope none of you mind me asking (and apologies to those who get this on facebook email as well!)

Juls

PM the address & will do the rest. :D

I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you've noticed.) You don't normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

When fishermen catch dolphin-friendly tuna, how do they know which tuna are being friendly to dolphins?

I don`t mind doing it, but I`m not sure what I`m supposed to write. Won`t it be weird coming from a stranger?
