Anyone updated an iphone 4s yet ?
As the oldest suitable phone to be allowed ios8 (old ?..how very dare they !), i'm concerned it may have a negative effect on its speed.

I like my iphone (4s), but having broke free from the 'need' to upgrade cycle, i don't feel i missed out at all.
Underwhelmed by Apple's new iphone and baffled why we need a smart watch.

Always came across as a very decent, and funny guy.
Made some excellent films and was a natural comic.
As is sometimes the case with 'zany' comedians though, it appears he had his inner demons.

As i`m not a fan of $ky, i`m disappointed with this news.
I`m also looking at Plusnet for a decent deal, as i have no desire to be bombarded with offers to rejoin sky tv, which is pretty much nailed on.
I`d rather give my money to another company than sky`s conveniently, part-time dementia sufferer Rupert.

Do people realise that with a freesat box, you can just replace the sky box and use all the same cabling and the same dish, and then your monthly cost is £0 ?
A freesat pvr (like a humax) gives you pretty much the same functionality as a sky box

I ditched $ky about 3 years ago, as the bills seemed to be constantly increasing.
I got a freesat box (humax pvr), which uses the same dish and cabling as sky, and have been saving myself £50pm since (humax pvr cost me £200....paid for itself in 4 month)
Miss the footy, but £50pm was extortionate.
Roll on Sky`s Now TV....then i will just pay for the things i actually want, rather than a package full of rubbish.

The only language $ky understand is MONEY.
Their aim is to bleed us all dry to pay their shareholders ever increasing dividends.
The only way to escape the vicious circle is to leave and take your hard earned cash away from them.
I left sky 2 months ago.
I had been with them for 6 years on the sports package (£42pm soon to be £45pm).
Wasn`t offered a sausage to stay, and CS was actually quite rude and unhelpful.
Got freesat HD and am blissfully happy and a lot better off too
The world cup in HD was GREAT (and FREE)
Then, 10 days ago, i got an offer from sky to come back - free sports for a year.
Almost tempted, as i love my sport, but wont accept.
You do have to wonder.....why do they only treat you nice when you`ve left them ??
