As i`m not a fan of $ky, i`m disappointed with this news. I`m also looking at Plusnet for a decent deal, as i have no desire to be bombarded with offers to rejoin sky tv, which is pretty much nailed on. I`d rather give my money to another company than sky`s conveniently, part-time dementia sufferer Rupert.

i am on o2 so thought i would post here, if it`s ok, as i am after some advice. i have been on the same rate with o2 for years, maybe over 5. i have not changed from when i signed up despite it altering a few years back. i pay £9.50 a month. i am on unlimited, i think. to be honest although i have occasionally looked at what else is on offer, usually when flyers come through the door, i have never given them much thought as i am happy with what i have. but getting the email from o2 the other day made me do some reading etc.... i am wandering if its time to change or look at other options more seriously. i currently get 6mb or thereabouts, when i was on virgin media a good few years ago i occasionally got 8mb. i take it i am on up to 16mb? is there any way to increase my speed? or is that, 6mb, the most i can look to get with my current setup? i ask because this is one area i only know the basics. many thanks.
