I suggest going with Linksys products. From reviews that I have read they seem to be the best for networking, and I have a Linksys ADSL/wireless router myself which was very easy to set up

I was just wondering if anybody could please explain to me why when playing an FPS with my wireless keyboard, the movement sticks in one position and so I have to change to my wired keyboard to play it?

When i was 15 I was having a water fight with my mate in his back garden, and I went into my garden to get some water guns from the shed. now to get to our shed you have to walk down a path down by the side of the garage. Obviously as a water fight was exciting then I was running down this path down to the shed, and my dog got excited and ran in front of me . I tripped up over the dog and cracked my head against the garage which happens to be lined with lots of small pointed stones. Cracked my head open, lots of blood, fainted for a very short period, and even after that it took me 5 hours in A+E to get seen to. Thats the NHS for you.

For anyone thats interested, download Mozilla or alternatively Mozilla Firebird. I`m on the Firebird version and not only does it have an in built pop up blocker (as does standard Mozilla) but I find its also faster than crappy IE.
www.mozilla.org is the site for them both.

STOP : C000145 Unknown hard error, Unknown hard error

My computer just died on me earlier. When I went to boot it up, it stayed on the "loading XP" screen for a while (you know, the one where the little green bar scrolls across), then after that the screen goes blank for a short while, then after a little more waiting the following message appears on a blue screen -
"STOP : C000145 Unknown hard error,
Unknown hard error"
I was just wondering if anyone knows what the problem could be is? I`ve not changed any of my BIOS settings and all wires seem to be connected right so I just don`t know what has happened.

Unreal Tournament

Bought the original Unreal Tournament last night and I`m having problems with it. It refuses to load up and give me the error message - General protection fault History:FlightManager::Init <- URender::Init <-UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine.
Could anyone please explain what the hell is going on and a possible solution.

Poor quality sound...

Hi,
New PC (self build) and when playing a music CD the sound crackles. I know for definite it is not the speakers as I have tested my old ones on this computer and they made the same crackling noise, so I was just wondering could anyone please give me some advice into what the problem could be.

Hard Drive troubles

Hmmm I have just bought a brand spanking new computer made up of parts that I bought induvidually. However I have a huge problem. When I go to install XP when it boots up, it says I dont have a hard drive installed. It is however installed into the case correctly. I have a 120Gb Maxtor S-ata hard drive and an Asus 7V600 motherboard and I dont know what is going wrong. If anyone can please help me, your help would be greatly appreciated.
