AXA life insurence

at the end of april i took out life insurence with axa via a broker site who dealt with sorting it out for me.recieved some documents from axa to check they had all my details correct and was told my account was active and that they would send out my package information.i still have not recieved the stuff from axa and keep asking the broker who sorted it out about it and they keep saying it has been sent out and i should have recieved it, about 3 or 4 copies are ment to have been sent now.2 payments have been taken out by axa but i am abit worried as i havent recieved any of the package info after so long as i know they have my correct address as they sent the details for me to check.The bloke from the broker company said this is very rare but am i right to be worried or is it just one of those things?the bloke from broker site said my axa account is active so not to worry about being covered but surely i should have recieved somethin by now

question about changing my landline

i currently have a bt landline and talk talk as my call provider.i want to change my line rental and calls to sky.do i need to cancel anything with bt or talk talk or will sky contact them?thanks in advance for answers :D

mortgage and life ins

me and my partner are currently buying a flat.we have been excepted for a mortgage and have been sorting out life insurence.i have been approved but my partner has been refused by all the major companys as he had cancer 8 years ago,two companies have said they will not insure him till he is 10years clear.just wondered if you have to have a life insurence policy when u have a mortgage or do they just like you to have one?we are going to get mortgage payment protection aswell but obviously that doesnt pay out like life insurence. i would be very greatful for peopls help and advice .thanx in advance

sky+ ready new build flat

i am moving into a new build flat which is sky+ ready (it says it has wireing for sky+&High def) was just wondering if we will still need stuff to be installed or if we just need a box?thanks in advance for any help :D

car warrenty

my car warrenty has expired and had a phone call today asking if i wanted to continue it by paying £21 somethin for 2 years which would be over £500.is it worth getting and do many people get it extended or just pay for any work they have done themselves?

stupid sony ericsson v640i

hi i recently ordered a sony ericsson v640i from vodafone but had to send it back as i would turn it on and about 2 mins later the screen would go blank but the lights would be on.Had a new one sent today and thought i was chargeing it but when i turn it on it will say sony ericsson then the screen will go blank and it will just do a short vibrate every few seconds.can anyone help me with what is going on?seems strange two phones doing the same sort of thing

visiting london

me and my fella wanna go somewhere different for the day.we live in birmingham and are thinking of going to london to go round the shops and just have a general day out.neither of us have loads of money to spend though and i was wondering is london really that great to go to or is there somewhere better u could suggest for a day out??

victoria columbay??

i work with children and went on a course today which mentioned a girl called victoria and her surname was something like columbay.they gave slight details of how she was failed by social services and ended up dead.they said we should read her story on the internet even though it is very sad (apparently she was tied up and kept in a bin bag) but when searching on google cannot find anything.does anyone know where i can find the information or if i have spelt her name worng?thank you :)

i think what makes it even more annoying is i have NEVER gone over my overdraft before and to be screwed £39 for the first time is a joke.might pop into the bank 2moro and try and sort me gettin my money back or at least some of it.

just had a letter from the bank sayin i have been charged £39 bank charge cause i was £9 short.they should do some sort of warning first stupid banks. it says that because of this my car finance hasnt been paid and i should make other arragements, do i do this through the bank or through the finance people?im so p**sed off

no didnt work but thanks for the adive.it was used last friday and worked fine but game me a message i needed to go on computer to update some stuff so did that and now its playin up which is why i want to try and restore factory settings

all of a sudden my tom tom is messing up.when i turn it on it starts to load then just says please wait and then does nothing.have tried the reset button that doesnt make any difference, have tried starting it with it connected to the computer and without it connected and it still does it.can anyone give me advise of what to do with it?tryin to see if i can reset it to factory settings but cant find anything.help would be appreciated because i have a course to go to tomorrow

journey times yesterday

anyone else take a long time to get home yesterday? my trip home which normally takes 30mins at the most took 3hours 40mins!it was a nightmare and there was still people driving like idiots.

today my samsung has started to freeze and wont let me turn it off. so i take the battery out then back in and when i turn it back on its still frozen. any idea why?im going to phone company tomorro as they are shut know but just wondered if anyone had any ideas
