is anyone doing their diet using weight watchers online?or has anyone ever done it?do u find it easy to stick to or do u find u dont stick to it as no1 will know. advice and opinions appreciated. thank you :D

All I can offer is the following wee tips doll :)

Set a realistic target, say 1Lb loss per week. Hopefully you will be able to manage this . In reality to do so should not mean a major lifestyle change.

Go by how loose your clothes become after a couple of weeks, as seeing that you have more room in your clothes does wonders for your well being .
The jeans test is a better way to judge how things are going and as I mentioned gives you a great feel good factor.

I say in the morning before going to work do your excercises, it get the metabolism working all day, then eat three meals n fruits in between and plently water. that should do it.BTW stay away from deep fry foods n heavy starches like sticky white rice and pasta. ;) Goood luck!

You don`t need to worry too much about pasta and rice on WW. I lost over 2 stone and my evening meal every night for 8 months was accompanied by either rice, pasta or potatoes. At the end of the day, with WW you can eat what you like as long as you don`t go over your points allowance. If you`re allowed 30 points and all you want to eat one day is 5 Mars bars, then off you go...not the healthiest option though !!

Got to be the easiest diet in the world once you get into the habit of counting points and substituting high point options for low point ones in meals.

My wife will vouch for the Weight watchers points thing too.
She went from just under 12 stone to just over 10 stone in a matter of months,no problem at all.
She`d tried other diets before,but they didn`t work.
The worst was some Rosemary Connelly (sp) thing,which was pish.
Although she has lost the weight she wanted and doesn`t go to the weigh-ins any more,she still uses the weightwatchers points book all the time.
Infuriatingly so,in fact.
Evry time I tuck into a can of coke and a bag of crisps,she can be heard saying "that`s 5 point there you know"

Aaaah shaaaaaarrrrrap !. :D

I started a slimming world men only group on 4th jan 1st weigh in lost 7lb (half a stone) find its a good balanced diet can be confusing to start with .
