Page 1 of victoria columbay??

i work with children and went on a course today which mentioned a girl called victoria and her surname was something like columbay.they gave slight details of how she was failed by social services and ended up dead.they said we should read her story on the internet even though it is very sad (apparently she was tied up and kept in a bin bag) but when searching on google cannot find anything.does anyone know where i can find the information or if i have spelt her name worng?thank you :)

I believe it`s victoria Columbie. Abused to death by her aunts, i believe. Even though a doctor took photos of her horrific unjuries, which included hundreds of cigarette burns,. the social services sent her back to her aunts, who continued to abuse her to death.
