Ordered a hard drive from Dabs.com for my Sky+ yesterday and it was delivered today. Top class and that wasn`t even with the next day delivery option.

Never had anything but top class service from DABS...

...just out of interest, what size HDD are you upgrading to? I upgraded to 120 GB about 7 or 8 months ago and it`s working fine at the moment. Was sort of thinking about doing another upgrade though - there are pages on the internet that say they`ve gone up to 250 GB.

I`ve made an order with dabs.com and I have one thing to say.

I will never order from them again. It has taken a week to verify my solo card which i have used to buy plenty of other computer parts in the mean time and for some reason dabs has to take extra long to do the same thing. Not only that, in the time it has taken and is still taking, some of the items i have ordered seem to have been put out of stock. There is not a chance in hell I can reccommend dabs.com after this shinanigans. If you look at other site reviews you`ll see that I am not the only one who isn`t impressed with the company.

I defy you to find a popular supplier who hasn`t at various points been denounced as a bunch of rip off monkeys who ripped someone off and gave bad after sales service.

Me too. I bought an ethernet card which died 3 weeks after installation. I returned it several months ago and I still don`t have a refund, thanks to some crap about having to get authorisation to return stuff. It`s only a cheapo NIC card, but it makes me think twice about ordering from them again.
