Have to agree that they`re hard to fault - are there any money off links or other discounts available at present? Need to get "Once Upon A Time In America" on DVD a.s.a.p.!!

Dougie The £1 off Cahoot link still works. (Search the bargain buckets forum for direct link.) No strings attached, it seems. Also, for some reason the £3 discount (only meant to be available for using a First Direct credit/debit card) worked last night, although it was supposed to end 30 May! You can find that from bargain buckets forum too.

Found the £3 off (first direct) discussion OK, but when I clicked on the discount link CD-Wow sent me, only the `normal` prices appeared - is there another way to go about it?

I think discounts are deducted at checkout.

When you go to the cdwow site direct from the link in the email they send you, the site should display the discount inclusive prices straight away. I just tried it again, having set up a new aol screen identity, and (for example) the Justin Timberlake cd was shown at £3.99 (still £3.98 overpriced, I think) whereas before it was £6.99. If it works right I think you should see Once Upon... price as £11.99. Once you`ve used the link the prices shown then change up, but only by £2.50, strangely enough..

I recieved my copy of Shanghai Knights from them on Tuesday even thiugh the official release date is 15th july

Quite a lot in fact.
CD-Wow is one of the few companies that knows what customer service is - they`ve always replied to email I`ve sent when I had a problem (a rare occasion, but it happens with things usually out of their control like the postal service!). This is always followed up with action - refund or replacement of goods lost in post, sending postage paid envelopes for duplicates that arrive late and need to be returned, a refund of the difference in price when they ran out of Roger Rabbit DVDs @ £6.99 and let`s not forget the recent voucher unpleasantness which they`ve honoured without complaint or argument with their customers.
