Just a quick straw poll to see how our favourite suppliers get on with Customs and sending box sets. What box sets have you had recently (over £18, region doesn`t matter) and from which suppliers (especially Play).

Every box set from Play seems to get caught for me. Never had one caught from DVDBoxOffice though.

Superman from Future ent Batman from EZYDVD had to pay customs charge for that one Men behaving badly from Family box office got away with not paying anything for that

Buffy Season 6-CD-wow- No Customs Dawsons Creek- CD-wow- No Customs Friends Series 1- Amazon.ca No Customs Friends Series 3- Amazon.ca No Customs Friends Series 2- dvdsoon No Customs Malcolm In The Middle- Futureent- No Customs Recently thats about it but have had simpsons season 2 and BTTF from CD-wow no customs. CD wow seem to be the best bet.
During my entire experience I have been hit about 3 times with Absound(who have all of a sudden gone really expensive), Once with Amazon.ca(spiderman boxset), and Once with cdnow(too many items).

Got R1 S4 Buffy from futureent a week ago - no customs
Won`t risk Play any more for over £18 as I got stung late last year for FOTR EE and Band Of Brothers tin (fu**ers)

Got hit for an over £18 from amazon.ca (not boxed set, just single DVD - Avia).

Buffy S1 from ChaosDVD in Oz got hit.
The problem was they`d insured it (although this was an option I hadn`t checked) for AU$100, when it had only cost about AU$60. Customs were on it like a hawk, and also charged it based on the AU$100.
To be fair when I contacted Chaos about it they gave me a credit for AU$30, which covered the customs - so I got a DVD for free.

Received several box sets recently - all from Play.com.
Cathrine Cookson (23 seperate discs) - R2 - No customs StarGate SG1 Series 2 - R1 - No customs StarGate SG1 Series 3 - R1 - No customs Babylon 5 series 2 - R2 - No customs
I think that`s enough money spent for one year. By the way the Cathrine Cookson box set is a gift; as its something I would not normally buy.
