At ATP I saw an act call Vocal Sampling who did Hotel California, with no instruments, just their voices! That was excellent.

RE: Unusual cover versions
Ok, this band does some great/****ed up covers. Depends on your perspective.
LAIBACH.
Sympathy For The Devil. (Rolling Stones)
Live Is Life. (Opus)
The Final Countdown. (Europe)
In The Army Now. (Status Quo)
War. (Edwin Collins)
One Vision. (Queen)
There are more.
Surprised nobodys mentioned Rolf Harris - Stairway to Heaven yet
Snaps
Every Third Car
I used to be with it, but then they changed what `it` was.
Now, what I`m with isn`t it, and what`s `it` seems weird and scary
nearly forgot about The Dillinger Escape Plan (with Mike Patton on vocals- Come to Daddy (originally Aphex Twin)
Manages to be even more scary and messed up than the original :)
A rare cover where I love both versions.
Hayseed Dixie and Weird Al Yankovic should be in this thread to :)
