Trumps is on record as saying, maybe half joking, that if he loses he will leave the USA.
I've asked this in a couple of places but can't get an answer.
If an ex President plans to leave the country permanently do the FBI, CIA or any other level of government have a say in where he can go? The prospect of him going to live in Putin's Russia and being pumped for all the information and briefings they say he never pays any attention to must freak those organisations out.

KGB: "So Mr Trump, can you tell us the details of these secret meetings?"
Trump: "Oh of course I can, they are person..... woman....... man...... camera........ TV."

He's such a self-interested cockwomble I'd wager he couldn't tell them anything pertinent anyway. I sincerely doubt the secret service have told him anything important.

I think a more likely scenario.

Is this like all those people who threatened to leave the UK if the Conservatives won?
Still this 2011 article from Forbes may give you your answer as it doesn't mention anything about Obama being forced to live in the US:

As he's apparently so thick, I would presume the Secret Service and intelligence organisations wouldn't have an issue with this.
On the other hand, it appears that the Biden campaign might (and I say might as not sure if you would count any of these sources as unbiased) have issued a memo saying that Trump is neck and neck in some swing states:

To his credit, at least he's not resting on his laurels like Hilary did. But it's a tragic display of how broken the U.S. is that re-electing the man who's done so much damage to the country, both home & abroad, is still a possibility.

Not really, just another little bit of pointless sabre-rattling a couple of weeks before the election. Not that he hasn't been doing enough of that over the last few years.

Google says people use it because they choose to rather than being forced.Sounds like the argument MS use?
Might also be useful if an article like that suggested some of the alternatives like duckduckgo and startpage.
I remember watching I think it was Hawai 5-0 when MS had clearly paid for some heavy handed product placement, it's the only time I've heard some-one say, "let me bing that".
that might be twice this week the Trump administration has done something not bad!
The other was working with Ice Cube!
https://www.louderwithcrowder.com/ice-cube-donald-trump
This was quite interesting, Ice Cube got slated for working with Trump's administration, he eventually explained he offered to work with Trump and Biden, Trump's pplĀ were open to the idea, Biden's ppl said "if we get in".
Now, you could argue that Trump wanted to get some positive press to win support from Black voters, and that he's tried that before with Kanye, but it's interesting nonetheless.
