Am I the only half-wit who never backs-up his PCs - despite making resolutions to do so regularly?
So much lost - all because I`m either going GaGa, or am just plain idle: any observations, please?

What did I come on here for?

EDIT: Ah that was it. Somewhere there`s a thread with a similar problem from about a year ago when I had a HDD crash. I found a good rescue program on Hirens disc. Haven`t got time at the moment as just going to work but Jimbo may remember it as he was very helpful at the time.

I`ll have a look when I get back later

I always forget to back up, which reminds me that I haven`t for a while!

Ought to really before I try to hack into my dad`s old hard drive tonight, there`s no knowing what nasties are on there lol
