Anyone else on here using the RunKeeper site (found it via another forum member).
Or trying to get a bit more motivation to pound the streets?

I used to be with it, but then they changed what `it` was.
Now, what I`m with isn`t it, and what`s `it` seems weird and scary

I had it on my phone and it told me that when I did a site patrol I walked 1.2 miles.  That is all I did with it though.

I am going running but don`t carry anything but the nano and a water bottle so can`t use any of these things. They look quite good, but I judge my improvement by how much less I am dying each time I go.

I`m not carrying anything either. Just plotting the routes and entering a run in, with time, when I do one.
Plotting the routes before I go out is the most useful feature for me. Saves having to drive round in the car to get an idea what distance I`ve done.

There are loads of sites if you just want to plot your running route.

If you`ve got a gps phone, this is (potentially) very good, though not used it a great deal myself. Works with most flavours of phone.

I`ve been using Runkeeper on my iphone for a few months now, and was really pleased with it until the last IOS4 update. Since then I`ve found the gps signal drops out at an annoying rate.
Fantastic, and accurate when it does work though ;)
