Partly in jest this so please hopefully no offense caused for those who may work in these stores.
DFS, SCS, SDS, Land Of Leather, Cousins - Just to stop the bloody sales adverts on TV all frigging year round.
Boots - Missus spends hours in here, comes out with nothing. Also I reckon they are responsible for the devastation of the OZone layer - firstly with the perfume counters and the orange women spraying you as you walk by and also the fact that they seem to have the door heaters `on` all year round.
W H Smith - Overpriced and crap selection of DVDs & CD

Not in Jest. DFS. Robbing bastards lied to us when they sold us a sofa years ago, and because they also sold us a fabric protection treatment, we couldn`t send it back as it came under a `special order`.

personally i dont want to see any businesses go... i worked as retail store manager to 12 years... the problem they have is staying competetive with interweb prices, the only way they can compete is on providing good customer service, but unfortunately its this that the current breed seem to be lacking in!
