Ok what i mean is..... what really makes you cringe... nails down a blackboard type of thing something that someone or something does that makes you grit your teeth to grinding point..... - mines touching dry cotton towels when you have wrinkley finger tips.... *shudder* or watching an episode of the office with David Brent being a complete arse i have to look away!

The noise when you open a freezer drawer as it grinds along any bits of ice or scraping iced up windscreens etc :/
Oh and Im with xfg on the toothbrush thing - makes me shudder to watch/hear others clean their teeth
