So far only EMI has signed up, but its a nice change to see good quality MP3 downloads for a very reasonable price (£0.65 a track).

At that rate I`d imagine most people will be happy to pay rather than source a download.

I`ve never ever downloaded track(s). Was only ever tempted once when one of my fav tracks started skipping on cd. Thought about downloading that one track. Ended up buying the cd again though. Still like cds for the inserts although storage can be a pain.

DRM free will be the benefit for me. Daughter downloads for her mobile phone which has MP3 built in but it wont play DRM protected tracks

:) what an album! you have a good taste in downloads. try MASK! saw bauhaus live in the early eighties, and still into them today.

Good news that tracks will be DRM-free as my pc now won`t play DRM protected tracks :(

Anyone any ideas why a pc suddenly stops playing DRM tracks???
