Shrek (R1) - Watched and enjoyed (apart from player problems as mentioned in HW forum)
5th Element - A favourite, not watched yet
Galaxy Quest - One I want to see. One for a family movie night.

We also got a new baby just before Xmas, so viewing time is limited. We did watch Zorro on BBC1 the other night. Fun film. I gave up on the English Patient tonight. Too slow/heavy for my state of mind just now.

I didn`t get to see his 2001 tour but I did see him in Taunton in 1999 ... This guy is one of the best stand up comediens around today and its just a shame that he doesn`t get more press coverage. But I look forward to seeing the re runs of Black Books on C4 in a couple of weeks along with the new series straight after. In my opinion Black Books was one of the best comedies on TV last year and hope for a DVD release of the series soon.

Pearl Harbour - the girlfriends parents bought it for us.

The story is well *yawn*, but the actual attack is great, ships blowing up and turning over, bombs being dropped, planes strafing people as they go past.

Moulin Rouge - What can I say!!!!! Well Excellent actually!
Grosse Pointe Blank - A classic
Field of Dreams! - It was a cheap stocking filler and well worth it in my
opinion! - "If you build it, he will come!!"

Also with the old xmas money, just ordered the rock, criterion edition!

I love xmas

I got the Hitchcock movie "Vertigo". It`s totally amazing. Also, it boasts a new colour restoration and documentary. I can really recommend this disc...
