Page 1 of Where Oh Where Could Little DS Be?

I suppose this could be thought of as "gaming" but I think it is for more general consensus!

The wife`s dad is notoriously difficult to buy presents for.
He`s not well at present (and not likely to get better) but in passing the other week mentioned he liked the look of "that brain training thing"
Easy! Go and buy a DS lite with both Brain trainers. Nice.
Can I find the buggar anywhere? I thought as it had been out a while it would be reasonably easy to get for chrimbo.
I`ve tried everywhere on the High St, all the usual internet sites - so now running out of ideas.
Unit price most places seems to be £99 - so I don`t want to go on Amazon Market Place and pay £140 or ebay for similar...

Anyone have any ideas or leads?

If you have a Debenhams store near you many of these have a GAME concession in them and they often have stock when the GAME stores have run out as no one remembers they are there. Wife picked one up in Debenhams last weekend.

Game, ToysrUs, Virgin (or Zavvi as it now seems to be - had a deal of £100 plus Brain Training - best combo offer i;d seen IMO not sure if its still on)

Argos might have it in stock. Just have a look on their website and you can see if they have any in stock in your local store. You can also reserve it.....

Our Debenhams is quite big but can`t ever remember seeing video games for sale in there...
I`ll check.
Done the Toysrus thing and checked for stock on Argos too...will keep checking every day though incase they get them in...

Any other ideas?

Woolworths in Grays had some at the back end of last week....they also had Wiis in stock when nobody else did after launch -- I think people just don`t go there, and the local population may not be so affluent,
