12 year old next door drunk, having a party, no parents at home and police cant do a thing
Yep, phoned police and they cant do a thing unless they go outside the house.
It`s now 1.45am, these kids are drinking, smoking, playing their music top note and nothing can be done.

Have this problem every night of the week. Nothing ever gets resolved.
Tried calling the Environmental Health Noise Nuisance section, 24/7?
Been useless for me, but might be better where you are.
Good luck.

What`s the law on leaving minors on their own? I thought 12 was still young enough for the parents to be charged.
Snaps
When we are born we are naked, wet, hungry, and we get smacked on our arse. From there on in, life gets worse

Knob....
Harrassment isn`t a quick fix and is not intended to deal with noisy parties....it was introduced to stop stalkers.
By the way, there aren`t many police booking people for doing 3mph over the limit....there`s not that many traffic officers, and don`t get me started with `safety` cameras...why don`t you wind your neck in and change the record!
