UK AIRPORTS ON HIGH ALERT - YEAH RIGHT!

I totally agree with the following comment on a sky news forum:

"Government Propaganda at the highest level, convenient timing for a terror alert to distract attention away from the massacres we are helping to support in Lebanon and Iraq.

No doubt Messrs Blair & Bush are in cohoots over this one as well, as its taken some of the heat away from their Christian Fundamentalist Agenda.

Never did i think i`d be embarrased to be British but I am"

Not to forget the thousands of rockets landing on Israel sent over by Muslims.

Wouldnt a Christian Fundamentalist Agenda be anti-Israel too? I think you mean Anti-Islamic.

If we`re talking about suspicions as to the timing of this I`m much more interested in John Reid`s role in it - a very nice opportunity for him to come over all Prime Ministerial - watch out Gordon Brown...

I think it`s down to John Prescott. Now he`s in charge he wants to have an emergency so he can show he`s in control. ;)

Ooo… I like conspiracy theories. :)

I hate flying at the best of times without any threats of bombs and explosions. So good reasons for me to save money and stay in the sunny UK for my holidays :-D

But the terrorists are here. They have your isp number & are probably on there way to your house as I speak. To be safe, put your TV outside & all radios & anything electrical. Turn off all taps & electricity & sit still in your seat untill this emergency has passed. Rule 33 a. Bowfer book of boredom. ;)

I agree. Let`s just wait and see what happens before jumping to conclusions (either way).

Go that way, really fast. If something gets in your way, turn...

And those who dance will spin and turn,
And those who wait will wait no more,
And those who talk will hear the words,
And those who see will fade and die,
And those who laugh will surely fall,
And those who know will always feel their backs against the thin wall...

No. Bush`s flavour of Turbo-Christians *love* Israel. They believe they need Israel to be dominant for the end of the world to come - they need Israel to rebuild the Temple on the Mount (currently the Al-Aqsa mosque - talk about a self-fulfilling prophecy).
