With only a handful of exceptions, it`s a very risky move to make a movie sequel. (Look at Highlander for example - at the end of the first film he was made mortal; his prize for killing ALL of the other immortals. End of story. Lord knows why they made any more or how there were more immortals all of a sudden).
But Rush Hour 2 is one of those films that OUTDOES the already good first film. HIGHLY recommended - I was in tears of laughter!

Aggghhhh! The first film was better!!! Although the second is good the first is better because it didn`t seem so hard to belive. What are the chances of something happening again to the same to people a few days after they had just finished one case?!?!
Sorry but I prefered the lower budget first film. As with Austin Powers the money seems to be the killer!!!
Anyway thats my 6.5 beans for the day.... :)

Amen to that. Rush Hour 2 is by far the pick of the recent summer releases.
Speaking of which, does anybody know why Chris Penn wasn`t in the movie? He is credited as being part of the cast over at IMDB, maybe we`ll see in the DVD release.

RH2 is a far better film than the original, no doubts.
I can`t believe the current state of films out in the flicks at the moment.
