Page 1 of Euro 2004 England Draw...

Having just been bored to death by all the procrastinations of the various european football bureaucrats i have to say i am pretty happy with our draw...

France i suggest we will beat 3-0
Croatia will beat 1-0
Switzerland probably 8-0

and we will probably draw Germany in the Semi`s (if the seeding process?) allows... the final being England vs Latvia in the final... probably going to penalties, so you might as well flip a coin to see who will be the winners!

Mods, can we have some `smilies` in national colours, so as we can support the boys, now we have a proper sport to go to the finals with? :D

......and if they do, they will have done it while the scots are sat around la manga working on their tans.

We`ll get a comfortable draw against France, scrape victory against Croatia, beat the Swiss and then get get knocked out in the quarters.

I think we will narrowly lose to France, being our opening game, plus the fact that they are defending champions - yes, they may have lost form, but they need to use Euro 2004 to prove that they can still hack world-class football. Thierry Henry keeps getting better, also.

We should be able to comfortably beat Switzerland and Croatia, and finish with 6 points. Then it would mean going through in 2nd place...

Well, they went out of the World Cup playing poorly but if `form` means how you`re playing then they were THE only team to qualify for Portugal with a 100 per cent record. Won all 8 games in the group. Not bad.

In all fairness I`m always so confident when England qualify for a tournament, every couple of years I think we are gonna win it !!!! And as always I`m confident again for next year, it is now time to be victorious, but unfortunately we will probably get kicked out due to our nice fans !!!!!!!! Nice
