I have access to a CDR machine at work
I converted some movie files to mpeg (VCD format I am told), I used a music video VCD as a `template` and replaced the music videos replacing the names with the original ones as i sustituted them. BUT IT DIDNT WORK!! What did I do wrong? Please help....(kcihplega[at]moc.liamtoh if anyone can help me)

I`m no experienced VCD burner, but at the following site, they have lots of information about the subject, so have a look there.

Basically it sounds like you have done the hard bit, i.e converted the video to a video-cd format mpeg file.

All you need now is cd-rom burning software that has vcd/svcd image creating facilities. Aheads Nero 5+ does the job for me nicely and if you go to their site you can download a free demo version.

Good luck!

EZ CD Creator Pro comes with some VideoCD software that allows you to choose MPEG1 video tracks then burn them with the right format. Your work probably has a copy of it.

Just being mpeg does not make it VCD compliant. Get yourself a VCD encoder like panasonics mpeg1 encoder or some other one and go from there. I`m too lazy to give u a lesson in this field but here are a couple of sites which will get u going.
