a lot of SWGoH still but recently bought Evoland on mobile for 26p

not played much, but so far, so good, combat when wondering around is a bit clunky, in the old fashioned Zelda style mode, but when it goes to ff7 style combat it's fine. lots of nice nods to older RPGs and classic games

Finished God of War:Ragnarok a couple of weeks ago.
Started the new COD:Modern Warfare 2 (PS5) yesterday.  Nothing at all we haven't seen before.  Many times..
Eagerly awaiting the new Zelda:Tears of the Kingdom game in May.

Despite System Requirements Lab quite emphatically telling me I shouldn't be able to run it all on my system, I'm thoroughly enjoying Hogwarts Legacy with no lag or FR issues, which is a novelty

Writer`s Release

Resident Evil 4 on the GC was one of my fave games ever, completed main game, and then did loads of bonuses, extras etc

So, when I saw there was a downloadable demo of RE4 REmake on PS4 thought I'd give it a go, wow, I forgot how tense it is, and they've really ramped up the gruesome nice, I died in a way which made me squirm!
SPOILER:

possesed villager grabbed my head, and put his thumbs in my eyes
I didn't want to read too much but I read that they've kept it more or less the same, but changed bits, which is what I think they did with other remakes.

seemed pretty good so far, not sure how long the demo is.

RE4 on Wii I also thought was amazing and preferred the controls to the GC version.  The Wiimote really worked well.
I've downloaded the PS5 demo too but not got round to playing it yet.  Will wait 'til it's dark....
This appears to not at all be a lazy remaster and quite some work has gone into it - and most of the cheesy dialogue has been kept
