Might as well get this ball rolling. No Schorn Connery this time round, but confirmed so far are wunderkind of the moment Shia LeBoeuf, Cate Blanchett, John Hurt, Ray Winstone and Jim Broadbent.

Not a lot coming out yet, but old Steve S gave this to the world..

mmm.. wrinkly...

Apparently the plot involves Area 51 and there may be some sort of alien encounter. Indy and aliens? Meh.

You`re joking surely? They wouldn`t go down the naff aliens route with Indy would they?

It`s heartbreaking this new Indy film. On the one hand I`d absolutely love to see a new adventure, but on the other.....well, look at the photo above ffs!

If they make a mess of this one, it`s really going to hurt.

Judging by that picture I thought they was doing a sequel to Witness.

If the Star Wars prequels are anything to go by, I`m far from anticipative.

One title playing around is Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods - this is a reference to the Aztec/mayan city in Mexico.
Shia Lebouf plays a greaser (think travolta in Grease)
And Harrison doesnt look much older than he does in Last Crusade

Well the film is supposedly set in the 1950s, although I suppose 1959 would be best...

It may be enough to explain the wrinkles. I hate the idea of Junior Jr. tagging along. Very The Mummy 2.

From a presentation at Comicon
Quote:
After welcoming the audience and saying hello to Comic-Con, Spielberg introduced Harrison Ford, completely decked out who was funny and full of life. Felt like Indiana Jones again. Ford introduced his side-kick. All the girls (and some guys) cheered and then he said, "This is my side-kick... Ray Winstone." Winstone was dressed exactly as Indiana Jones` partner should be dressed as... dusty, earth tones. Then Ford introduced Shia LaBeouf as "my other side-kick."
Then Spielberg abruptly stood up and said, "You guys hold it down... I have to get something." There was an uncomfortable few seconds then Spielberg walked back in with another director`s chair. He opens it, revealing "Marion Ravenwood" stitched onto the chair. Then he brought Karen Allen out... Good God what a moment... she looks exactly the same!
