RE: POLL: Double Dipping
I don`t mind Double Dipping at all - (no-one is forcing us to re-buy them!). Especially if they`ve expanded the movie, or repackaged it with lots of goodies/extras etc.
Off the top of my head, some I have DD on are:
- Star Trek: The original Series - original R1 releases, R2 boxsets
- Star Trek movies - original releases, re-released double discs
- James Bond Movies - original tin/boxset, re-released double discs in the new case
- Twilight Zone - original R1 releases, re-released season boxsets (in chronological order)
- Batman movies - original releases, re-released R1 double discs boxset
- Batman: The Animated Series - all the original single releases, R1 Season boxsets
- Superman - in the R1 Complete SM Collection, and the super-duper deluxe boxset with poster, lobby cards, film cell etc (...no doubt Wossname has got the Exorcist one!)
- Spider-Man - original release, R1 boxset, R2 3-disc set
- X-men - original release, 1.5 "Extreme edition"
- Daredevil - original release, R1 Director`s Cut
- Elektra - original release, R1 Director`s Cut
Plus, I`ll be DD when (yes) the Star Wars movies are re-released later this year - and Triple Dipping (oo-er, missus!) when the new Superman releases/boxset come out.
Yikes - the studios must love me, lol! (...makes up for the all those pirate dvds... ;) )

This just sounds like something revolvting involving bread sticks and nasty chocolate sauce as some confectioners idea of the perfect snack :(
Actually it`s a water slide in Blizzard Beach.

When we are born we are naked, wet, hungry, and we get smacked on our arse. From there on in, life gets worse
My double dipping starts and ends with Dune
Dune 2hr R2
Dune 3hr R2
Dune TV series R1
Dune SE R2
Dune Free with Observer
Dune Extended Edition 3hr + 2Hr R1
I didn`t get the Dune TV Series Special edition but I think I got all the other variations.
I still want the 5hr version of the Lych film that the author Frank Herbert saw.
